About Pablo Albarenga

Pablo Albarenga (UY, 1990) lives and works between Montevideo (UY) and Sao Paulo (BR). National Geographic Explorer, he has been awarded grants by the Pulitzer Center on several occasions. In 2020, he was voted Photographer of the Year by the Sony World Photography Awards and was selected for the DC Environmental Film Festival. In 2021, his work was chosen for the Lens New York Review and he also won the Gabo Award.
